    We walk the whole yard, bag everything, latch the gate, and text you a photo. Pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or card.

Questions

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can get into the yard, you don’t need to be there. We text when we’re on the way and send a photo of the latched gate when we leave.

What should I do with my dogs?

Please keep them inside or away from the yard during the cleanup. It keeps everyone relaxed and lets us cover the whole yard.

What happens to the waste?

We double-bag it, tie it off, and put it in your outdoor trash bin. If you’d rather we leave it somewhere else, add a note to your request.

How do I pay?

After the cleanup, by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or card through a payment link we text you. No deposits and no payment up front.

What if you miss a spot?

Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll come back and take care of it at no charge.

What about bad weather?

Light rain is fine. If it’s storming or unsafe, we’ll text you to pick another weekend day.

Do you offer regular service?

Right now we offer one-time weekend cleanups. If you’d like regular visits, check the box on the request form and we’ll let you know when that’s available.
